Inspired by Chef Richard’s childhood, our menu is in part from the Pennsylvania countryside, in a part from suburban New Jersey. Think of the farm’s fresh eggs, pancakes with maple syrup, smoked hickory bacon, ribs and hamburgers on a backyard grill, pounds with meat for a snowy winter day. It is the classic American cuisine made in Italy with refined and quality ingredients and a generous dose of love.
