Inspired by Chef Richard’s childhood, our menu is partly from the Pennsylvania countryside, partly from suburban New Jersey. Think farm fresh eggs, pancakes with maple syrup, smoked hickory bacon, ribs and burgers on a backyard grill, chili con carne for a snowy winter day. It is classic American cuisine made in Italy with refined, quality ingredients and a generous dose of love.
